Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancellations due to the nature of our custom made to print items. Once materials are used, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for those products. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We can arrange for a change of product however in the case that an item is no longer needed (as long as the order has not shipped from our facility).
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders - ALL products are custom made to order. We do not have a stock of inventory on hand.
- Food-related items or items that come in contact with food
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of exchange
Exchanges MUST be completed within 30 days of purchase date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
