This cutter works well, I just wish I had ordered it in a 3 to 4, or even 5 in. size. It is very tiny, but never fails to cut.*Just make sure your dough is COLD. *Also, before before putting the cutter on the dough for each cookie, dip the cutter in rice flour (we used sweet rice four from Bob's Red Mill) or another fine flour. You may also have to rub the flour into parts of the cutter, otherwise parts of the cutter stick. * Use a flat spatula (also rubbed with flour) to pick up the finished cookie and place on baking parchment. *When done, leave the cookies on the parchment and just slide onto the counter to cool.
