Fabulous cactus

I wanted to do cookies that I could mail from the southwest for a traditional wedding cookie table in Pittsburgh, Pa. This cookies cutter was perfect. It cuts perfectly and the stamp will make it simple for the grooms mother to ice quickly. I made a lime sugar cookie, I sandwiched them with cream filling made with prickly pear fruit syrup. A popular margarita in Arizona. Everything but the tequila.

Makes such a clean cut and clear stamp! This is the best cutter I’ve ever had. I used it to make sugar cookies, piped half of them with 2 tones of green lines and tiny white flowers. The others that weren’t iced, I put a thick cookie type of icing filling with prickly pear cactus syrup in it. It’s a beautiful color and taste. Then I packed them up to send to a friend, and forgot to take photos.
