Love it! Previously had to cancel an order because we thought our soldier was not going to graduate from BCT. He was recycled and is now graduating from AIT!!! Thankful that TheCookieCutterLady was understanding of our situation and worked with us to complete the order weeks later! Very pleased!

I ordered the 2 1/2 inch. Wish I had ordered the 3 or 4 inch, because the dough easily sticks to the legs. *Just make sure your dough is COLD. *Also, before before putting the cutter on the dough for each cookie, dip the cutter in rice flour (we used sweet rice four from Bob's Red Mill) or another fine flour. You may also have to rub the flour into parts of the cutter, otherwise parts of the cutter stick. * Use a flat spatula (also rubbed with flour) to pick up the finished cookie and place on baking parchment. *When done, leave the cookies on the parchment and just slide onto the counter to cool.
Only thing that would make it better is a small plug to hold onto when cutting cookies, otherwise awesome. Will be using for Army/Navy cookies.
This cutter arrived quicker than I anticipated and it is exactly as presented. I will definitely be ordering from this shop again!

~ WHAT SIZE TO BUY ~
The 3.5" cutter is 3.5 inches tall and 2.75 inches wide. All of the different sizes are proportioned to this same ratio. All versions of the cutter will cut approximately .55 inches deep (or 14mm).

Each cutter comes with a personal low-rise sugar cookie recipe that actually tastes great!! It really helps to bring out the details in the cutters for easy icey tracing!
