Fantastic! This cutter gets so many compliments. For cookies, I remove what is there as a lash, but I am sure that with fondant, there would be more consistency. In baking, that small piece can bake too quickly or remain in the cutter. Aside from that, I'm in love!

~ WHAT SIZE TO BUY ~
The 3.5" cutter is 3.5 inches wide and 3.25 inches tall. All of the different sizes are proportioned to this same ratio. All versions of the cutter will cut approximately .55 inches deep (or 14mm).
