This bat cutter gave me some problems but all the others...

This bat cutter gave me some problems but all the others I’ve ordered from this shop have been great. The dough kept getting stuck in the grip area and it was very difficult to release without ripping. Turned into quite the tedious cookie session even with very cold dough which is usually easier to remove from a cutter. If the grip area was removed from the cutter I feel like it would’ve been a better experience and the dough would’ve come out easier.

The 2 piece is indeed 2 separate pieces. The outline will cut the shape of the cookie and then the separate stamp piece will push in all the inner details separately.

The 3.5" cutter is 1 inch wide and 3.5 inches tall. All of the different sizes are proportioned to this same ratio. All versions of the cutter will cut approximately .5 inches deep (or 14mm).
